Gymnastics, team gymnastics, gymnastics instructing, team gymnastics coaching, and/or gym managing are required for this position. Being a small business, the Gym Director may or may not be one of our head coaches as well.
If a Team Head Coach is not in place, that position’s responsibilities most likely would be that of the Gym Director’s as well. While having a Team Head Coach is essential, it is important that the position directly above that role can fill in if there ever is a need. The same is true for our Rec Head Coach position as well, therefore anyone eligible for the Gym Director position should be qualified to be Head Coaches within our organization.
