Homeschool Classes

LOOKING FOR TEACHERS in the following subjects: Art, Guitar, Geography, History, and Science for late elementary/early middle school and Math for middle and high school. Please contact Sara Beth if you are interested in teaching any of these subjects at our gym. Classes typically meet 1-2 times per week September to May.

Welcome to the Chelsea Homeschool Academy where learning is a fun and enjoyable way of life. We’re excited to offer a variety of educational classes for a variety of ages and grade levels spanning your child’s homeschool career in the Chelsea and Shelby County community. Our classes build on one another from year to year giving you the well-rounded education you want and deserve. We offer a few subjects including foreign languages and electives. You can choose a la cart so whether you’re interested in one class or many, we have a spot for you.

You can expect a low teacher to student ratio. Lower elementary classes are limited to six students per class while upper elementary to high school are limited to eight students so your children receive the attention and time they need in order to be successful and maximize their learning opportunities.

We have two payment plans to choose from. Pay for the semester or pay for the school year for your deepest discount.

Registration is open from spring to September for the first term if space allows. Registration for the second term is open until January if space allows. If you select a waitlist, you will be notified as soon as an opening is available. Waitlists are free and the best way to get in if a class is full when you register.

With a convenient location, drop-off and pickup are easy so you can use your time efficiently while your children are being educated and connecting with their peers.

To reserve your spot in school year classes, please register now*. Payment will be processed after any discounts have been applied for registration in order to reserve your spot.

*Registration now open for 2024-2025 school year.
