Welcome to Sara Beth’s Gymnasts where you discover yourself. We have a growing gymnastics community in Chelsea, Alabama, and welcome you to join us. Start your little one with a parent in our Parent and Tot Gymnastics classes and let them grow into a confident and coordinated gymnast. All ages girls and boys through adults of any age and skill level welcome. Start at any age. You’ll be glad you did.

We specialize in child development nurturing every part of each person who attends our classes including their physical, mental, psychological, and emotional health and well-being.

We are proud to offer low instructor to student ratios, possibly the lowest, so you get the most out of your time with us and we have the time to get to know you.

School Year Registration is open June to May! Summer registration is open April to July. Class sizes are limited. We all wash hands before classes. We clean and disinfect daily at a minimum.
